Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are looking for a proactive and organized Slack Tools Administrator to oversee the administration, optimization, and support of Slack, Miro, and Smartsheet across the organization. This role involves managing user access, running approval workflows, facilitating training and knowledge sharing, and ensuring seamless integration of these platforms with other business tools. A strong candidate will combine administrative expertise with a user-first mindset to enhance collaboration and productivity across teams. Certified Slack Administrator or strong equivalent knowledge with 5+ Years experience Roles & Responsibilities Manage slack settings and features including end to end configuration Slack Administration; Architecture; User provisioning; Settings and policies; Channel structure; Application approval processes; Data security; Process design, Authentication, Authorization, Configuration, operations and Integration with Enterprise and Custom systems. Review existing standards and refine governance model, Slack enterprise grid, workspaces, external collaboration and partner channels, and other Document management systems and build onto an organizational structure that will allow for maximum automation and scalability. Work with the Identity Management Team(s) for account lifecycle and security policy management and manage numerous tasks simultaneously. Balance user experience with security requirements and knowledge on setting up of SSO in Slack integrated with SSO provider like OKTA, PingID, AZURE AD, understanding of RBAC in Slack and Slack Governance Experience managing license usage, user permissions, and platform automation workflows. Familiarity with API integrations, connectors, and third-party app integrations for Miro and Smartsheet. Slack Incident and Service management and provide permanent fixes Slack administration, configuration, policies, applications and settings Monitoring of Slack tool service availability Monitor Slack service health Policy Management - Setting up alerts and enforcing policies Slack & 3rd Party Apps (Miro, Smartsheet - Platform Engineering and Architecture to include work related to security, feature review / testing, audits, governance, documentation and end user training, adoption and engagement Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
