About Me & My Brand I’m the founder of Envision Acne & Skin Care Center and the creator of the PoreInfusion Skincare Line. After successfully running a service-based holistic acne clinic for years, I’m now transitioning into a fully online business model: ✨ Online coaching through my new Holistic Acne Healing Program ✨ E-commerce growth for the PoreInfusion Skincare line ✨ Social media expansion (Instagram + TikTok) This next chapter for my brand is BIG — and I’m looking for someone who understands the skincare space, consumer psychology, and the modern digital landscape to help me scale. --- What I’m Looking For I need an experienced Skincare Brand & E-Commerce Marketing Consultant who can create and help implement a strong, aligned strategy that supports this transition and positions my brand as a leader in the holistic acne space. You MUST have experience working with skincare brands and understand: - Digital marketing for beauty/skincare - Branding and brand elevation - E-commerce growth strategies (Shopify or WooCommerce environments) - Social media strategy for skincare brands (Instagram & TikTok) - Influencer marketing and UGC content - High-converting funnels for product + program sales - Customer journey and retention strategies --- Your Role You will work closely with me to develop a cohesive and powerful strategy that includes: 1. Brand Elevation Strategy - Clarify positioning and messaging as we shift from in-person services → online coaching & e-commerce - Help create a strong brand identity and customer experience that stands out in the holistic skincare industry 2. E-Commerce Growth Strategy - Identify opportunities to increase online sales for the PoreInfusion Skincare line - Audit current website, product presentation, and customer flow - Recommend strategies for optimizing conversions, AOV, and retention - Advise on email, SMS, and funnel structure for product + program sales 3. Instagram Strategy & Growth - Audit my current Instagram presence (@envision_acne_center) - Create a content and growth strategy specifically for a skincare + coaching brand - Provide insight on Reels, hooks, storytelling, and conversion-focused content - Recommend hashtag, posting, and engagement tactics 4. TikTok Growth Strategy - Build a foundational strategy for a new account (I recently started posting) - Advise on content categories, video styles, hooks, and posting structure tailored to skincare - Help identify trends and UGC opportunities --- Ideal Candidate You are someone who: ✔ Has verified experience working with skincare or beauty brands ✔ Understands both DTC e-commerce and online program marketing ✔ Has a strong portfolio of social media growth + brand positioning work ✔ Is creative, strategic, and understands the emotional side of beauty branding ✔ Can provide actionable guidance, not vague theory ✔ Understands the difference between conventional acne marketing and holistic acne education (major plus!) --- Project Scope - Initial audit + strategic roadmap - Ongoing consulting - Option to expand into implementation support depending on skill set Please include: - Examples of skincare/beauty brands you’ve worked with - Case studies or results (IG/TikTok growth, e-commerce wins, funnels, etc.) - Your proposed approach for the first 30 days --- If you’re passionate about skincare, branding, and helping female-founded wellness companies grow — I’d love to hear from you.
