The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help others navigate their healthcare needs.
Responsibilities
Assist patients and healthcare providers with site of care coordination and support.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding site of care options and related healthcare services.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Work closely with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless patient care.
Stay up-to-date with healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
