In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end services provided for installation and maintenance, as well as, coordination with other Pano resources to complete projects on schedule.What you’ll doManaging and overseeing our contract installation service providers, including: contractor sourcing qualifying, contracting contractorsOngoing supplier management, including regular periodic meetings to discuss process improvements and options to cost reduceEnsuring compliance with insurance and licensing requirementsValidating tower owner approval for the contractor to work on their propertiesProject quotingKnowledge of electrical requirements for each site according to the designCoordinating work schedules between each contractor, Site Acq and Pano Project Managers for install and maintenance services,Verifying site project close out is completeManaging scope changeEvaluating final pricingClose out package assessmentCompletion of As BuiltsSite feasibility analysis for construction and designLiaise with contractors to resolve project issuesPrepare and present contractor activity, cost summaries and reports to management and stakeholdersDevelopment, implementation and maintenance of contractor administration policies and procedures.Stay informed about market trends and best practices in contract labor as it pertains to Pano.What you’ll bringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business or experience in a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in contract labor management, construction or a related field, preferably in the telecommunications industry.Strong understanding of contract labor terms, financial terms, and legal concepts related to contract labor.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation, problem-solving and coordinating activities with multiple company and outside resources.Final compensation for full-time employees is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related qualifications, education, experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, full-time roles are eligible for stock options.
