Responsibilities

Ā Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy access to information.
Ā Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables for reporting purposes.
Ā Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems.
Ā Perform clerical tasks as needed, including filing and organizing documents.
Ā Conduct basic math calculations to verify data accuracy.
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Skills
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ā Familiarity with databases and data management systems.
Ā Basic math skills for accurate data verification.
Ā Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail in transcribing information.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
