The site will serve two main audiences: homeowners looking to sell property, and individuals interested in property investment opportunities.
I already have the domain set up with IONOS. You’ll be responsible for setting up the website, creating the page layout, adding my content (or placeholder content), and making sure it’s clean, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly.

• Have a house with problems (e.g. legal, structural, location),
• Want top dollar but are open to creative sales structures.
Requirements:
• Brief explanation of how we can help.
• Reassuring tone, focused on solutions.
• A form or simple CTA: “Request a Call” / “Get in Touch” (form or email link).
