Similarweb Competitive Intelligence & SEO Analysis for Global Travel eSIM Market
Project Summary I’m looking for an experienced analyst or agency to perform a deep competitive intelligence and SEO study using Similarweb for the global travel eSIM reseller market. I will provide my website domain and a list of ~20 competitor sites after award. Using Similarweb’s Competitive Intelligence & SEO capabilities, I want to understand: • Traffic & market position: traffic levels, trends, engagement and share of traffic across my competitor set. • SEO & keyword gaps: where competitors are winning in organic search, which keywords and topics I’m missing, and where I can realistically gain traffic. • Channels, audiences & geographies: which channels drive the best traffic, which regions and user segments competitors are strong in, and where the gaps/opportunities are for me. • Practical SEO & content strategy: a clear, prioritised 90-day plan of what to do next (pages to create/improve, keyword clusters to target, channel/geo focus, quick wins vs medium-term plays). The main deliverables will be: • An Excel/Sheets dashboard comparing my site vs competitors (traffic, channels, keywords, countries). • A detailed data workbook (exports, pivots, notes). • A slide deck (approx. 25–35 slides) explaining the key insights and recommended actions.
