Overview LOS ALTOS HILLS, CA (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A vibrant and loving family in Silicon Valley is seeking a seasoned, part-time nanny to join their home and provide flexible, weekend-focused support for their two young children, a nearly 6-year-old son and a nearly 2-year-old daughter. The position guarantees 20 guaranteed hours per week, with a focus on Saturdays and/or Sundays, one evening per week for date night, and occasional travel throughout the year. This role is perfect for a confident, creative, and highly experienced caregiver looking to make a meaningful impact in a warm, upbeat family environment. The family is seeking a professional who thrives in a dynamic household, is adaptable to changing routines, and brings a strong understanding of childhood development, particularly for early elementary and toddler-aged children. Their son is curious, chatty, and highly engaged, thriving with structured routines and a caregiver who can match his enthusiasm. Their daughter is affectionate and spirited, needing gentle redirection and nurturing attention. This role is centered around the stay-at-home mom’s schedule, so the ability to pivot, multitask, and wear many hats is essential.
