Short-term/Temporary Positions

If you are seeking an opportunity to work in a diverse and challenging environment, The New School occasionally has short-term/temporary per-diem office support positions available in some of our academic and administrative offices.

Position responsibilities:
? Providing general office support:
? Reception
? Typing
? Filing
? Sorting
? Preparation of mass mailings,
? Copying
? Other duties as assigned.
Hourly rate range: $20-35/hr
Work mode (Varies) ? This is a temporary pooled position and the work modality depends on the job you are selected for.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Minimum two years administrative experience.
? Excellent organizational and communication skills.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Self-starter with an interest in working in a team environment
? Ability to manage multiple projects
? Proficiency in word processing programs, spreadsheet and database experience a plus.
? Minimum typing speed 40wpm.
