We are looking for an experienced Airbnb/Hostaway Bookings Manager/Guest services manager. Your role will involve managing all bookings and guests comms. This includes responding to enquiries and accepting bookings, responding to guest messages, updating cleaning schedule, working with the supply team for any repairs/maintenance works/issues, listing and calendar optimization, listing upkeep, channel management, managing owner stays, Airbnb dispute claims etc
You would be working with another Bookings Manager on shift. Operation hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 9pm NZ time. Shift work schedule to be confirmed on appointment of the right applicant. Remuneration is fixed weekly rate
