We operate in several markets currently. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing Airbnb listings, communicating with guests, and ensuring smooth, professional service from booking to checkout.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional, and solution-oriented communicationManage Airbnb guest inquiries and reservations with rapid response timesTurn guest situations into positive experiences by resolving concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalismHandle phone calls with confidence, clarity, and exceptional customer service skillsCoordinate check-in and check-out processes to ensure seamless guest experiencesMonitor guest reviews, feedback, and ratings to maintain Luxanto’s reputation for excellenceAssist with updating Airbnb listings, calendars, and availability as neededCollaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure units are guest-ready at all timesTake detailed notes on guest interactions to ensure consistency across the teamStay highly organized in tracking communications, property readiness, and guest satisfactionQualificationsPrior experience with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms requiredStrong phone presence and ability to handle guest escalations gracefullyDemonstrated ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and deliver guest satisfactionTech-savvy with knowledge of Airbnb systems and property management toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong note-taking and record-keeping skillsMust have reliable high-speed internet for both video and voice callsSelf-motivated, proactive, and dependableFlexibility to occasionally respond outside traditional business hoursWhat We OfferA dynamic role in a growing hospitality-focused companyOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on guest satisfaction and company successSupportive team culture with room for growth Apply tot his job
