Short-Form Video Editor for Leadership Podcast (High-Impact Social Clips)
Description:
I host a leadership podcast and I’m looking for a skilled short-form video editor who can turn long-form episodes (45–60 minutes) into 3–4 high-impact, scroll-stopping clips per episode.
These clips will be used across LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, so I’m not just looking for basic editing—I’m looking for someone who understands what makes content perform.
What I need:
Identify the best moments / strongest quotes from each episode
Edit into 3–4 compelling clips (30–90 seconds)
Add clean, engaging captions (burned-in subtitles)
Use tight pacing, cuts, zooms, and visual hooks to maintain attention
Format for multiple platforms (vertical, 9:16)
Ideal candidate:
Experience editing podcast clips or talking-head content
Understands hooks, retention, and social media performance
Has a strong sense of storytelling and emotional impact
Can make content feel native to LinkedIn and short-form platforms
Bonus if familiar with styles similar to Alex Hormozi, Gary Vee, or other high-performing creators
