Short-Form Script Writer (TikTok Brand Content – Natural Skincare)

We are Cattle Creek Mercantile, a fast-growing natural skincare brand built around farm-raised ingredients and authentic storytelling. Our brand has grown primarily through TikTok, and we’re now expanding our brand account content with stronger creative direction and consistent scripting.
We’re looking for an experienced short-form script writer / creative strategist who understands how content performs on TikTok — not traditional advertising copy.
This role is writing-focused (no on-camera work required).

Role Overview
You will write TikTok scripts for our brand account videos, helping us produce engaging, native-feeling content that connects with viewers and drives interest organically.
This is a part-time, ongoing role paid per script.

Responsibilities
• Write short-form TikTok scripts (15–60 seconds)
• Develop strong hooks and storytelling angles
• Create scripts that feel natural, authentic, and platform-native
• Adapt messaging based on product benefits and customer psychology
• Collaborate with our internal team for feedback and iteration

Requirements
• Proven experience writing TikTok / Reels / Shorts scripts
• Strong understanding of TikTok pacing, hooks, and retention
• Ability to write content that feels organic — not like ads
• Experience with DTC brands or consumer products preferred
• Strong English writing skills
