Role Overview
We are seeking a Shopify Merchandiser to own the visual and functional experience of our digital storefront. You will be the bridge between our Content Lead and the customer, ensuring that every product launch is flawless and every collection page is optimized for beauty and sales.
The Must-Haves:
PST Availability: Must be available for crossover PST hours to attend meetings and to collaborate with the team.
Mandatory Meetings: Must attend all daily standups and weekly strategy syncs.
No Moonlighting: This is a dedicated full-time role with competitive pay; we require your 100% professional focus.
Execution-Focused: You are a "doer" who thrives on the technical details of Shopify Plus.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Lead the visual merchandising of all collection pages, prioritizing best-sellers and new arrivals.
Product Launches: Handle the end-to-end setup of new products (SEO titles, tags, high-res images, and cross-sells).
Asset Implementation: Work with the Content Lead to update homepages, landing pages, and banners with fresh visual assets.
Quality Assurance: Conduct daily site audits to ensure all links, mobile views, and images are functioning perfectly.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience managing Shopify Plus for a high-volume brand.
Deep understanding of e-commerce UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for quick layout adjustments and bug fixes.
