Why You’ll Love Working With Us • HMO healthcare for you and your 1 dependent (with COVID insurance). • 20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one (you will have 10 accrued once you pass regularization). • 13th-month bonus and Government-mandated benefits. • Computer will be provided + internet allowance. • Member Wellness Program. • Welcome gift packs + Social activities. • Year-End Party + Christmas hamper. • Udemy access. • Paid birthday leave, birthday cake, and milestone anniversary gifts What You’ll Be Doing You’ll partner with a friendly UK-based manager and a supportive, remote-first team to design, build, and ship software that powers our SaaS ecommerce platforms: • App Development: Design and build reliable back-end services and features for the Shopify App Store using an API-first approach (REST/GraphQL). • Site Maintenance: Setting up Shopify stores, ongoing site maintenance, and coding in Liquid. • Delivery: Plan sprints to deliver an MVP within 90 days, followed by iterative scaling. • Quality Control: Write clean, well-documented code, perform code reviews for yourself and others, and resolve issues quickly. • Strategic Input: Provide written technical solutions for Discovery Documents and Statements of Work to meet agreed timelines What You’ll Bring • Shopify Expertise: 3+ years of experience with Shopify, coding in Liquid, and hands-on app development (Admin APIs, POS, webhooks). • Frontend Skills: 3+ years developing websites using HTML, SCSS/CSS, Tailwind, and JavaScript. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of API-first design, TDD/SOLID principles, and integrations with 3rd party technologies (CRM, shipping, tax, subscriptions). • Performance Focus: Thorough understanding of website performance and optimization. • Collaboration Tools: Professional experience with GitHub version control and Agile practices. • Communication: Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently as a sole developer when required.
