Job Summary of Shop Attendant: Goodwill relies on the Shop Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the efficiency of store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, processing transactions with precision, and maintaining a clean and structured retail environment. Responsibilities of Shop Attendant: • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries or locating items. • Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately. • Store Clerk major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers • Cashier duties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.
