Lutron Ketra has immediate openings on our 8:00am-4:30pm shift or 9:30am-6:00pm shift for Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associates of all experience levels at our new Manufacturing and Distribution facility in Austin, TX. In this position you would be a key part of the Operations team. You will build a career with a high-tech company working in a hands-on environment. You will have the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to the broad range of equipment, processes, and technologies employed in our operation. Responsibilities Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.) Utilize RF technology to perform distribution functions such as picking, packing and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner Learn and use our inventory management system and enter materials transactions Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Flexibility to work 8:00am-4:30pm shift or 9:30am-6:00pm shift and overtime as needed Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (preferred) Desire to learn additional warehouse equipment (PIT) Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Have a valid Driver’s License Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
