Position Summary: SCG is hiring a Finance Director or Deputy Finance Director to lead fundraising strategy and execution across a range of campaigns and projects. Depending on your experience and placement, this role may involve managing key programs within a collaborative team—or overseeing the entire fundraising operation, including direct reports and cross-functional coordination.Fundraising programs will be tailored to each client’s needs and may include calltime, events, donor prospecting, PAC outreach, and direct mail. You’ll work closely with our compliance team to ensure all fundraising activities are properly documented and reported to APOC or the FEC, and you’ll coordinate with Campaign and Project Managers to keep messaging aligned and effective.
