We are looking for a motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service. Ultimately, a top Shift Leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient... workflows.
Job Duties
Supervise operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making and staff support while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
Proactively run a shift and anticipate Guest needs.
Observe team members, providing immediate feedback, coaching, development, and recognition.
Follow up on any issues and complaints as they arise during the shift.
Leads motivational pre-shift meetings ensuring that Team Members are engaged and informed of changes.
Conducts food safety and line checks to ensure food and beverage standards are met and executed safely.
Prepare end-of-shift reports as necessary.
Ensures a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
Complies with all food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standards.
Keeps updated on recipe changes and ensures proper execution of recipe procedures to maintain a high-quality and consistent product.
Builds guest count by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
