Sexual Health SpecialistTaranaki & Tairāwhiti – remote-first, with monthly travelPermanent, 0.35FTEHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleWe are seeking a Sexual Health Specialist to join our small but dedicated team providing specialist sexual and reproductive health services.This role supports services across both Taranaki and Tairāwhiti, with care delivered primarily through a remote model, complemented by regular on-site presence (typically monthly) in each region. There is flexibility in how work is structured to support effective service delivery across both areas. Practitioners already working within Health NZ may be able to combine this role with their existing position, allowing for flexible allocation of their time across services.The role includes providing clinical expertise and oversight for complex sexual and reproductive health care, including services for people living with HIV.
