Overview: We are an Image Consulting business who train as well as make and provide products for Image Consultants. We are looking for competent, experienced Sewists or quilters to sew and assemble mini quilts known as flags. You would be paid per flag, and we can use as many as you can sew. The work would be done in your own home on your own time. The flags are made up of 31 individual strips of varying types of material sewn together meeting specific dimensions and requirements, and then backing attached. You would pick up the materials to make the flags from our location in Nobleton, and then deliver them one week later. At the same time you would pick up the materials for the following week's flags. Requirements: You must: have great attention to detail. have your own sewing machine (straight stitch). be able to work with various types of material (know how to attach a stretch fabric to a non-stretch fabric without bunching or stretching) as well as attaching different levels of stretch material to each other. be able to sew seams straight with material edges lined up. be able to pick up and drop off flags in Nobleton.
