Set Up very easy UChat Bot for Client Registration - Contract to Hire
I need someone to configure a TG bot in UChat for client registration (collecting customer contacts).
The TG bot is already connected via API.
Required Bot Functionality:
• Send a welcome message.
• Ask the user for their details:
• First & Last Name
• Phone number
• City
• Email (optional)
• “How many of our events have you attended?”
• The bot should also capture the user’s TG username.
• Question: does TG username get saved automatically in UChat? If not, it will need to be asked separately.
Data Handling:
• All collected data should be saved in UChat CRM and send to GHL CRM also.
• Users should be marked as subscribers so we can send broadcast messages in TG later.
Timeline:
• Deadline: end of day, September 5.
• This is a fairly simple task — I estimate it should take no more than 2 hours to complete.
Notes:
• I already have a working and paid UChat account ready for setup.
• The TG bot is connected through API, so you’ll be able to work directly on configuration.
