About the Role

The Services Sales Specialist position is responsible for delivering consultative customer support and creating effortless sales experiences for deck projects and related services via telephone. You will leverage established sales methodologies to successfully close transactions through both inbound and outbound calling efforts. Key Responsibilities

Sales and Consultation (40%)

Guide customers through comprehensive product selection for deck projects and outdoor living solutions
Create, review, and present detailed quotes while explaining pricing structures and service options
Apply proven sales techniques to close transactions effectively and achieve individual sales targets
Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for additional arenaflex services
Utilize consultative selling approaches to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions


Client Communication (40%)

Conduct outbound calls to assess customer requirements and schedule appointments
Respond to inbound inquiries with enthusiasm, expertise, and product knowledge
Maintain proactive follow-up communication throughout the entire sales cycle
Contact customers at key touchpoints, including pre-sale consultations and post-purchase follow-ups
Set precise expectations regarding timelines, installation processes, and service delivery
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals


Collaboration and Coordination (20%)

Work closely with arenaflex partners and external service providers to coordinate project scheduling and fulfillment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional service delivery
Address and resolve issues involving customers, service providers, and arenaflex partners promptly and professionally
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in our CRM system


Process Excellence

Handle sales inquiries efficiently while ensuring cost-effective solutions for arenaflex
Verify product availability and appointment accuracy before confirming with customers
Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations
Log all relevant information accurately to maintain comprehensive customer records
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience


Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Work Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Technical Requirements: Personal internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
