ServiceNow Virtual Agent & Now Assist AI Workshop
I’m building a presentation for a workshop focused on ServiceNow’s new Virtual Agent and Now Assist AI features. Light PowerPoint edits to improve structure and readability (design help is secondary)
Requirements:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow—especially Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and GenAI-related features
Ability to distill technical concepts into workshop-ready language
Experience building or guiding presentations for internal enablement or client demos
PowerPoint proficiency (just enough to clean up the visuals)
Deliverables:
Structured and clarified PowerPoint deck
Suggested talking points or speaker notes for each slide
Completed within 1 day (24 hours from project start)
