Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and translate them into virtual agent solutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow Virtual Agent platform and its capabilities. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality virtual agent experiences that align with Ford Motor's standards and objectives. Mentor and train team members on the ServiceNow Virtual Agent platform and best practices for developing virtual agent solutions. Continuously monitor and analyze virtual agent performance and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in virtual agent technology to drive innovation within the team. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status, including risks and issues.
