Subject Matter Expert in developing, scripting, and configuring solutions on the platform. Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics. Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture, table structure, and core functionalities, including configurations.
