We are hiring a ServiceNow Solution Architect with ITSM, Custom & Integrations experience. The Solution Architect is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Software Engineers who provide the development of project professional services for customers. The architect will implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale more complex professional services projects. We will provide support and guidance to get you up to speed on some of the most amazing projects! We provide official ServiceNow training so you can achieve multiple certifications. We will set expectations for what success looks like. Then we will allow you use your skills and experience to come up with innovative solutions to achieve customer goals.We are #GoingBeyond Come join our crew!What You Will Be DoingAs a ServiceNow Solution architect you will interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather systems requirements for ITSM, Custom & integrations experience.Strong experience with ITSM processes and can guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirementsYou will customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications, modules, configure Application UI, Workflow, work orders, transfer orders, inventory, and technician locationsExperience in Flow designer, Business rules, Scripting, Intergrations & Logic implementationsConfiguring integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web and other applicationsStrong experience with ITSM & integrations and can guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirementsMentor project crew members by managing peer reviews and provide technical guidance.Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps and validate with technical SMEs and stakeholdersParticipate in user acceptance testing of the resulting maps, impact rules and event management workPromote your update sets and data across applicable SN environmentsRemediate any production incidents that arise related to this scopeAlign with existing SN technical lead for map/event work to ensure consistent approach that does not break shared patternsProactively maintain operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk & inefficiencyWhat You Bring Along7+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in ITSM, Custom & Integrations.Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloudExperience working with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems.Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrationsKnowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script IncludesThrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Ability to create technical design documents and user documentationAdapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!Education: A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experienceCertifications & KnowledgeThe candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond.
