Job Title: Servicenow (remote) Contract roe Certs needed: CSA, CSM and SOM accreditation. Scope: Key Skills/Responsibilities: • Configure and implement ServiceNow SOM features including: • Product Models, Bundles, and Configuration Rules • Sales Agreements with entitlements, terms, and renewals • Price Lists with dynamic pricing strategies and version control • Design and implement FSM integration to ensure alignment between service offerings and field service execution. • Collaborate with Stakeholders/BPCs to refine requirements into scalable SOM and FSM configurations. • Develop and maintain flows, scripts, and custom logic to support SOM-FSM interactions. • Ensure accurate mapping of products and services to field tasks, resources, and SLAs. • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization for SOM and FSM features. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SOM-FSM data models and workflows. • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, especially SOM and FSM enhancements.
