What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage large and complex IT projects, including legacy system replacements and new builds
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects for public sector entities
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Provide governance, status reporting, and manage risks/issues throughout project execution
- Collaborate with multiple external systems and user interfaces
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Information Technology
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on at least two large and complex IT projects
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with implementation contract values greater than $15M
- Experience with full lifecycle project management for public sector entities
- Completed at least one implementation of a ServiceNow solution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing more than two large and complex IT projects
- Project management experience with multiple implementations of ServiceNow solutions
- Proven ability to provide end-client references for past projects
- Experience within the last ten years in relevant IT project management roles
