We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage ServiceNow projects within rapidly expanding IT Services department. As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our internal teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery) from planning through execution. Oversee and guide the customization, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. Leverage ServiceNow s capabilities to enhance efficiency and user experience across the organization. Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders. Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders across IT and other departments. Serve as the main point of contact between the technical team and the business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, making adjustments as necessary to mitigate impact on project success. Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and results. Deliver regular status updates and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide detailed final project reports to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow implementations. In-depth experience managing large-scale IT projects with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HR Service Delivery. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Ability to navigate the complexities of the ServiceNow platform, including integration and custom development. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
