ServiceNow Project Manager

This remote role in the US is ideal for a senior-level professional with experience managing ServiceNow projects, including implementations across modules such as SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC. The successful candidate will lead Agile and Hybrid Agile projects using the NowCreate methodology, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement. This is a 100% remote opportunity! • Lead ServiceNow projects across modules, including SCM, FSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC, among others. • Create and manage project charters, plans, and documentation using NowCreate methodology. • Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations with cross-functional teams. • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies. • Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate client discussions. • Track milestones and maintain integrated delivery plans. • Manage project activities using tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM. • Support financial tracking and reporting for projects. • Identify and manage project risks and trade-offs. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution. What You Will Bring: • Minimum Requirements: • 4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment. • Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies. • Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with ServiceNow modules: SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC. • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus. • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification. • Ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. • Team player with a proactive attitude. $105,000 - $120,000 a year #LI-JF1 About Us TTEC Digital and our 1,800+ employees, pioneer engagement and growth solutions that fuel the exceptional customer experience (CX).
