Lead architectural reviews and technical design sessions , providing guidance on best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows. Ensure platform governance and compliance , including security standards, data integrity, and upgrade readiness. Mentor developers and administrators , fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across ServiceNow practices Technical lead in 6+ large-scale ServiceNow engagements. Proven history of partnering with program directors and implementing complex solutions. Experience presenting to large audiences and senior leadership. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Lead architectural reviews and technical design sessions , providing guidance on best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
