ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Description:
• Set up, configure, and manage Discovery schedules in ServiceNow to ensure accurate and efficient data population in CMDB.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Mid Servers for Discovery across various environments, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and on-premises hardware.
• Work closely with leadership teams to define project scopes, provide estimates of effort (LOEs), set timelines, and deliver on these commitments.
• Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts in project execution and ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with system architects and project managers to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the integrity and security of system data in compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with the Implementation of ITOM
• Experience setting up and managing Discovery schedules in ServiceNow, including a detailed understanding of the technical and operational aspects of Discovery.
• Experience with mid-server setup and management for ServiceNow Discovery
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and on-premises hardware environments.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience leading project teams and interfacing with senior management.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to leadership teams and stakeholders
