Job Description
As a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant, you will be a crucial member of our ServiceNow practice, responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the ServiceNow platform and integrated technologies.
Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our client's business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications necessary for their practice expertise.
As a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant you play a pivotal role in successfully leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. Your technical expertise and leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Required Qualifications
5 + years of experience in technical skills, including workflow configuration, and business rule development.
1+ Years of experience implementing CIS- Human Resources.
1+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
CIS Human Resources
CIS IT Service Management certification
U.S. Citizenship required (required by the federal government for this position)
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of Federal experience
3+ years with an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification in two or more additional mainline certifications, with a preference for the following combinations:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Application Portfolio Management and CIS Human Resources
CIS Customer Service Management and CIS IT Service Management
CIS Discover and CIS Service Mapping
