ServiceNow Engineer

KeyBank is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer who will participate in the designing, developing, and supporting of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and lines of business. Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows, including both out-of-box and custom-built applications Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes and configurations Participate in Agile development processes Support upgrades patches and new releases of the ServiceNow Platform Skills Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required) Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows, including both out-of-box and custom-built applications Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes and configurations Participate in Agile development processes Support upgrades patches and new releases of the ServiceNow Platform Basic Understanding of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation Working Knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors Basic Understanding of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment Basic Understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations Basic Understanding of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation Working Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms Basic Understanding of availability management; ability to utilize strategies and tools to ensure the timely availability of business data and applications Working Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications Basic Understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems; ability to utilize a variety of system tools, guarantee service availability, and ensure optimal IT system performance Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures Basic Understanding of emerging technologies; ability to design, apply and evaluate new information technologies for business environments Company Overview At KeyBank we’ve made a promise to our clients that they will always have a champion in us.
