Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analyticsthat support operational decision-making.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request fulfillment workflows.
• Configure and support Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management modules.
• Develop scripts and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow governance and development standards.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
• Document configurations, workflows, and reporting structures.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Certified Application Developer (CAD)
