As a software sustainment engineer at Booz Allen, youll have an operational impact from day one. With a team of professionals, youll maintain applications and keep systems working. You and your team will use programming and scripting languages as you continuously enhance and maintain the applications, troubleshoot any issues that arise operationally, and upgrade the systems to meet security requirements.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
Experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations directly related to ServiceNow
Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS cloud platform
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
IAT Level II Certification
ServiceNow Certification, such as Certified System Administrator, Certification Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Master Architect Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience providing analytical support to process improvement, specialized studies, or definition of requirements
Experience building functional models
Experience creating and maintaining workflows
Experience developing SOPs
Experience developing functional architectures

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
