ServiceNow Developer/ Remote/ Contract position
Job description for ServiceNow Developer Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience having extensive knowledge in ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management. Also including Incident management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service delivery capabilities, Project portfolio management, Agile, Scripting, CMDB and service Catalog. Skillset: • Will be responsible for the development of core system configuration • Should be able to configure Application UI and flow designer • Develop integration and process automations using workflow capabilities and flow designer • Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of integration hub and APIs. • Customize ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts, workflows, and orchestration activities • Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements • Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows • Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls • Coordinating Servicenow application and platform upgrades • Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team. • Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security. • Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software. • JavaScript knowledge • Understanding on MID server integrations with Okta or AD • Good communication skills • Should communicate clearly, responsively, and purposely with customers and team members.
