Required Skills • 5+ years of ServiceNow process consulting, including leading workshops and defining configurations • Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Risk & Compliance, or SecOps • Deep expertise in ServiceNow solution design and solution architecture • Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis abilities • Demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications • Experience in organizational change management for platform adoption • Ability to develop process documentation aligned with best practices Nice to Have Skills • Certifications in additional ServiceNow modules (ITAM, HRSD, SPM, SOM) • Experience with security and risk management frameworks • Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes • Knowledge of data governance and risk mitigation strategies • Experience working with cross-functional teams in diverse industries Preferred Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of consulting or technical leadership experience in ServiceNow ecosystem • Prior experience in risk management, compliance, or security operations is a plus Other Requirements • Availability to travel up to 50% as needed (though unlikely based on recent placements) • Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining multiple ServiceNow certifications • Self-motivated, highly organized, with a proactive approach to project management Bring your expertise and drive to a role where your contributions directly impact client success and platform innovation.
