About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a talent Business Process Consultant to join our ServiceNow team. The ServiceNow Business Process Consultants at Fragomen enable the firm to maintain and implement a variety of both regional and worldwide technical solutions.
How will you make a difference as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant at Fragomen?
Ā Assist in delivering, maintaining, and implementing ServiceNow Scoped Applications
Ā Be interested and able to consistently upskill in lesser known areas of the ServiceNow platform
Ā Create high level and technical level documentation with process diagrams
Ā Configure simple ServiceNow modules via Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, etc.
Ā Deliver demos and requirements as needed
Ā Create functional user stories and appropriate acceptance criteria
Ā Ability to understand configuration complexity and the impact to implementations
Ā Inform testing activities that support ServiceNow implementations
Ā Determine, prioritize, log, track, fix, and test defects
Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
Ā Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant is preferred
Ā Previous ServiceNow experience will be required
Ā ServiceNow Certifications, such as the CSA, are a plus
Ā Recent graduates of the ServiceNow RiseUp program will be potentially suited for the role
