Labcorp is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator-HRSD to join our team in Bengaluru city, Karnataka state.Labcorp is seeking a remote based to join our Team!Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India)Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister and optimize ServiceNow (HRSD / Employee Center Pro)Configure portal pages, widgets, services, and knowledge experiencesBuild and refine workflows, assignment rules, user criteria, ACLs, user roles, governance controls, and catalog itemsSupport platform upgrades and patch testingTranslate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutionsMonitor analytics and usage trends to continuously improve the experiencePartner with HR Centers of Expertise, IT, and global stakeholders to evolve the portalTroubleshoot issues and ensure platform stabilityDocument configurations and maintain strong governance standardsContribute to the evolution of AI-driven employee support within ServiceNowMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Additional Job Standards5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience, specifically with HRSD supporting Employee Center5+ years supporting HR systems or enterprise portalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholdersComfort working with global, virtual teams across time zonesStrong experience in Service Now, IT Central, Pay benefits, Pay Centro, CSA, CAP, ATILabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
