SERVICE VALET
The Valet responsibilities include providing a safe, courteous transportation service to our customers and maintaining the fleet of date night/service vehicles and providing a clean, safe work environment for our fellow employees. Understanding of the Bozard Ford Lincoln Mission Statement. Must maintain Lincoln and Ford Certifications as required.
Customer Transportation/Valet:
1. Maintain a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.
2. Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
3. Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
4. Drive customers to destination observing all traffic laws and company policies including, but not limited to, seat belts, turn signals, speed limits, etc.
5. Maintain Lincoln Date Night/Service vehicles to ensure that they are clean, fluids full and in safe operating condition. Report any unsafe or abnormal conditions to management.
6. Complete documentation for Loaner contracts and knowledge of vehicle operation to demo to our clients.
Service Lane:
? Assist service lane Lincoln customers in parking and pickup of customer vehicles as
needed.
? Maintain organized parking area, ensuring that vehicles are parked in designated
spaces.
? Remove completed stock units from service parking.
4. Perform other specific administrative functions as directed by Lincoln Operations
