In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heat pumps at customer sites, ensuring high technical quality, safety and customer satisfaction. As a Service Engineer, your main tasks will include: Repairing or replacing defective components to ensure safe and optimal system performance Completing service, maintenance, and technical documentation accurately and on time Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and installers Collaborating with internal departments to resolve technical issues Ensuring all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations You will report to the Regional Service Manager and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders. Preferred start date as soon as possible and you will work directly from your home base and primarily cover our customers across Jutland. What makes us successful together We are looking for a service-minded technician who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
