Our Values Stewardship People Integrity Growth Responsibilities Schedule all customers in the scheduling que, customers that call in during the day, and customers that Lowe’s identify as a priority Reschedule customers when estimators are out Primary means of contact for all estimator concerns Locate coverage when needed Assigning all customers that have No Coverage Flags Working all Estimator Inquiry Flags Monitoring and working SPOT filters throughout the day Monitor revisits in SPOT & IMS Contact estimators to get updates on outstanding jobs Correct estimator labor sheets daily Monitor availability in IMS and communicate to management if there are any issues Monitor the daily IMS Dashboard and complete as many tasks as possible Identifying to management when estimators are out for prolonged periods of time Review the schedule board Communicate to Lowe’s stores when additional detail fees are needed Use Floorwizard as needed Cross train on contract verification position Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience must involve customer service management. Language Skills – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work. Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations. Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software. Communication Skills –- Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English. Vision – Ability to view documents, multiple screens, and read handwritten documents. Schedule - This position will have a rotating weekends schedule...One weekend on, one weekend off with a day off during the week - either Tuesday or Wednesday - depending on the week.
