The Service Order Dispatcher Lead at PRIDE Industries is responsible for leading work teams, coordinating daily staff activities, and ensuring efficient dispatching of service orders. Responsibilities
ā¢ Leads a work team, prioritizes, assigns and coordinates daily staff activities.

ā¢ Trains and assists workers in performing duties.

ā¢ Monitors progress of tasks and inspects completed work to ensure quality.
,
ā¢ Observes, receives, obtains, and documents information from multiple sources, with focus on customer service.
,
ā¢ Researches complaints and recommends resolutions.
,
ā¢ Translates oral information from the client accurately and completes data entry into work order software.
,
ā¢ Identifies, organizes, plans, and prioritizes requirements of maintenance and repairs.
,
ā¢ Relays work orders, messages, and information to others by phone, written form, e-mail, and in person.
,
ā¢ Creates, coordinates and tracks service orders to ensure work is authorized and meets time requirements.
,
ā¢ Audits, files, and maintains documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
,
ā¢ Prepares records and reports as needed.
,
ā¢ Represents PRIDE to customers, the public, and other external sources.
,
ā¢ Follows all safety rules.
,
ā¢ Maintains good working relationship with workers and customers.
,
ā¢ May schedule maintenance service.
,
ā¢ Performs other duties and projects as required.
Requirements
ā¢ At least one year of related work experience.
,
ā¢ Familiarity with work order software and other programs relevant to the industry.
,
ā¢ General office computer literacy including skill to operate word processing, spreadsheet, Internet.
,
ā¢ Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
,
ā¢ Ability to train employees in proper practices and procedures.
,
ā¢ Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and to respond to questions from vendors, customers, management, and others.

ā¢ Ability to build effective working relationships with staff, customers, and others.
,
ā¢ Follow organized, structured procedures to provide services to serve customer and identify best alternative solutions to problems.

ā¢ Ability to compile, code, categorize, calculate and verify information with attention to accuracy and detail.

ā¢ Ability to manage and accurately track resources and time, and adapt to changing work priorities.

ā¢ Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
