Service Operations Summer Internship

Enterprise Fleet Management seeks a Service Operations Summer Intern to support automotive maintenance and service operations with hands-on experience and professional growth. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Assist with administrative tasks supporting departmental initiatives and client/vendor partnerships. • Provide daily support for ServiceNow incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal and external teams. • Work within internal systems and manufacturer platforms to process post-warranty fund applications and reimbursements. • Generate, analyze, and present weekly and monthly reports; deliver ad hoc reporting using tools such as Looker. • Support data integrity initiatives, including Auto Integrate interface clean-up and unit resynchronization between EDGE and Auto Integrate. • Assist in onboarding in-house shop vendors by coordinating communication and setup processes. • Contribute to drafting and distributing departmental updates and communications. • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional partners to resolve service-related issues and improve operational efficiency. About You The company is looking for: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must live in the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties during summer 2026. • Must live in the state of MO or IL. • Must be a Junior or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2026 semester in a college or university. • Open to all majors; Business or Supply Chain Management degrees preferred. • Ability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours a week, from May 18th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026. • Six (6) months administrative/clerical/office experience. • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office products. • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements, including reliable high-speed internet (minimum 5Mb upload, 25Mb download, latency <100ms). • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. • Competency in executing, customer service, detail orientation, analyzing, communication, and flexibility. Compensation & Benefits • Starting pay of $16.00 per hour. • Hybrid work schedule: Monday – Friday with 1 to 2 days per week in-office at Fleet Operations center Training & Development • Receive mentorship and regular feedback from experienced professionals. • Participate in professional development including networking, volunteer events, social activities, corporate culture insights, and soft skills development. • Internship program duration: 10 weeks starting May 18th, blending in-person and virtual engagement.
