Service Delivery Leader

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Leader to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. We'e looking for someone with a passion for customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. As the Service Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive excellent service and support, while managing and developing a team of... service professionals to deliver world-class customer experiences.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, 2 years of experience in a leadership role, and a bachelor? degree in a related field. In addition, you must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be able to think strategically and act tactically. Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of service professionals to deliver world-class customer experiences.
Ensure customers receive excellent service and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and monitor performance metrics for customer service team members.
Train, mentor, and coach customer service team members to ensure they are meeting performance goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer service needs are being met.
Implement customer service policies and procedures.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
