Insight You Can Build On.The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic to our company’s website. She/He will work closely with other marketing team members to ensure that our website is optimized for both users and search engines. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, and the capability to integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance SEO performance.How you will make a difference @ FARO:
Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for our business.
Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Create and manage content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and work with web developers to implement fixes.
Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to measure the success of SEO efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Monitor and stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure that SEO efforts are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.

This position requires:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in SEO with a proven ability to support organic performance growth.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Familiarity with AI-enabled SEO or content tools (e.g., keyword clustering AI, content scoring AI, automated audit systems) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
