LocationLocation:Latin America, Europe; What You'll DoConduct in-depth SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth of our clients' companies. Optimize websites for on-page SEO: content structure, metadata, internal linking, mobile-friendliness, and more Build keyword strategies aligned with business goals and audience search behavior Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies alongside paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic Provide actionable insights and regular SEO performance updates to clients About You3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving rankings and traffic Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies Comfortable explaining SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders Able to work independently and manage multiple client priorities Fluent in English (written and spoken) Startup mindset: flexible, proactive, and excited to experiment and optimize Once Your Match with Awesomic?15 annual paid days off. 15 sick leave days. $120 monthly psychologist reimbursement.
