SEO Specialist (Ongoing, Paid Per Page)
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to support our ongoing website projects. This role focuses on optimizing individual web pages using a structured SEO process, with compensation provided per page. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEO strategy, technical implementation, and content optimization. Responsibilities Establish search goals and direction Review business goals, top competitors, and existing content inventory. Conduct keyword research and map search intent to align with business objectives. Perform competitor gap analysis. Develop SEO briefs with keyword maps, SERP notes, and KPIs for each page. Output: SEO Brief including target queries, intent types, and performance benchmarks. Definition of Done: Every planned page has a target query, intent type, and KPIs set. Apply and verify search readiness Use Duda SEO tools on staging sites after QA. Set per-page SEO elements such as titles, descriptions, URLs, and OG tags. For dynamic pages, create meta templates using Collection fields. Finalize internal links, breadcrumbs, and JSON-LD structured data in head HTML. Generate and confirm XML sitemap (Duda auto-generates) and validate robots rules. Output: SEO completion checklist, validated schema, and sitemap path. Definition of Done: All pages have titles and descriptions, core pages include validated structured data, and SEO passes final validation. Include: "i saw this" to have your application reviewed. Qualifications Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution. Familiarity with Duda SEO tools or similar CMS SEO features. Strong understanding of structured data, meta tags, and search intent. Ability to translate business goals into measurable SEO outcomes. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Compensation and Terms This is an ongoing role with continuous website work.
